For 3D C/C composite, we can produce any sizes with density of 1.4-1.95g/cm3, others as per customers’ requests.
The prices of 3D carbon carbon composite is different due to different applications, and different density. If with lower density, the price will be lower; if with higher density, the price will be higher. We can produce and design for the material due to different applications, and we can make special adjustment for special property.
The sizes of 3D C/C composite is different, and not fixed. we can produce 3D C/C composite rods, blocks, plates, pipes, tubes, sheets..due to customers’ special request. We can produce any sizes with different density, different shapes, and different 3D structures of CC composite.
Normally the sizes of 3D carbon composite is plates and blocks; some of them are rounds and rods. the mostly ordered is pipes or tubes, with a hole in centre. sizes we produced before:

Customers ordered 3D carbon carbon composite, but with different structures. some of them ordered xyz structure 3D C/C composite material, some of them ordered hoop structure, pitch based C/C composite material.
What is 3D carbon carbon composite? Its with 3 directions of carbon fibers, x,y,z directions. Sometimes we call it 3D xyz structure. See structure attached. Another type of 3D carbon structure is 3D hoop structure: with fibers in axial, radial and hoop directions. There are also other types of 3D structures. See bellow drawing too.
