The price os 4D carbon carbon composite varies due to different 4D structures, different densities… IF the structure is easy, the price of the raw structure will be cheap; if the structure is complex, then the cost of structure is high.
The price of 4D carbon carbon composite is different due to different applications of CC composite, and different density. If with lower density, the price will be lower; if with higher density, the price will be higher. We can produce and design for the material due to different applications, and we can make special adjustment for special property.

What is 3D C/C composite and 4D C/C composite?
3D C/C composite is with 3 directions of carbon fibers, x,y,z directions. Sometimes we call it 3D xyz structure. Another type of 3D carbon structure is 3D hoop structure: with fibers in axial, radial and hoop directions. There are also other types of 3D structures.
What is 4D carbon carbon composite? Strictly speaking, its 3D (Three-dimensional structure). All the products are of 3 dimensional structure. What we mean 4D C/C composite is with one or two more fibers in the plane direction. We call it 4D, which the customer wanted.
