The high hardness, good lubricity and chemical stability of carbon graphite are used as the matrix. The high melting point of copper alloy: 2800℃, ductility, high thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance are used to form a continuous, stable and high mechanical strength mechanical sealing material.

Copper impregnated graphite production process:

The preparation of Copper impregnated graphite usually adopts vacuum pressure impregnation method.

The high-purity carbon graphite matrix is prepared by cold pressing carbonization process to ensure that the matrix has an open pore structure to accommodate copper alloy impregnation.
