Graphite tubes, also called graphite pipes. There are two types of graphite pipes: one type is machined graphite tubes from graphite material. The other type is extruded graphite pipe.
Machined graphite pipes is produced from graphite material, so it has the characteristics of graphite material.
Graphite and its products with high strength and acid resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature 3000 ℃ and low temperature -204 ℃ and other fine features, are widely used in metallurgy, chemical, petrochemical, high-energy physics, aerospace, electronics and so on. 1, super high temperature characteristics
The melting point of graphite 3850 ± 50 ℃, the boiling point of 4250 ℃, even after the ultra-high temperature arc burning, weight loss is very small, very small thermal expansion coefficient. Graphite strength increased with increasing temperature, at 2000 ℃, the graphite strength doubled.
2, graphite products have good thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance. Graphite can withstand the drastic temperature changes at room temperature, without damage, the graphite volume change is not large when temperature changes suddenly, does not have cracks.
3, graphite products have a good adsorbability. Carbon gap structure determined that the carbon has a good adsorption, so carbon is often used as an adsorption material for adsorption of water, odor, toxic substances.
4, graphite products are environmental-friendly material, with non-radioactive pollution, resist to high temperature. Carbon in the 2000-3300 degrees under high temperature environment for at least few months of the graphitization process to become graphite, therefore, the graphite of toxic and hazardous substances already released, at least its very stable within 2000 degrees .
5, graphite products with chemical stability and resistance to erosion. Graphite has good chemical stability at room temperature, and resist to any strong acid, alkali and organic solvents erosion.

Extruded graphite pipes: this type of graphite pipe is with resin powder and graphite powder mixed together, then graphitized in high temperature. this type of graphite pipes is mainly used in heat exchangers, and can be with bigger length compared to the first type. it can reach a length of 6-7meters. but the diameter is not big.
Resin graphite tube, mainly refers to the phenolic resin extrusion of graphite tube. This graphite tube has the characteristics of graphite, and it has the characteristics of phenolic resin, so it is a perfect combination. It has excellent corrosion resistance and good thermal
conductivity.This graphite tubes is mainly used in tube type graphite heat exchanger. In many corrosive materials under the conditions of heat transfer is widely used.
