Vibration graphite material have good structure and homogeneity, low ash content, high mechnical strength, good electric-thermal stability property, larger sizes are available, they can be used for maching parts with large size. Properties can be improved by further impregnation with resin and oxidation resistance treatment.
Vibration graphite are widely used for producing polycrystalline silicon in photovoltaic industry, heating and thermal insulation elements in monocrystalline silicon furnace. They are also used for casting, chemical industry, electron, nonferrous metal, high temperature processes, ceramics and refractory materials.
